This morning on the “Today” show more drama with Jon and Kate. Apparently over the weekend Jon Gosselin thought it was a great idea to drain their joint bank account. He took $230,000 dollars leaving Kate with $1,000 dollars to pay the bills and feed all eight of the children 
. Kate told Meredith Vieira” I have a stack of bills. The last thing I wanted was to do this show and end up not being able to to pay our bills” However Jon told “The Insider” a different story this afternoon claiming that he only withdrew $22,000 last Thursday( I’m sure that it was for a great noble cause!). He also went on to say that Kate and the children are fine because this is only one of eleven accounts that the two share. Kate did admit to removing $100,000 dollars and hiding it just in case the problem should a rise. However due to their separation agreement she put the money back because the agreement forbids either of them from taking money out of any account without the authorization of the other. So now because Jon has broken this agreement Kate’s lawyers have issued a statement stating that if Jon does not immediately return the funds the couple will be headed to court. Jon’s attorney of course issued a retort stating that Jon is entitled to the money and will soon be awarded additional “significant” funds. With that statement from his lawyersI think we can sum up that it’s true Jon is truly all about the Benjamins!
