Heidi Klum and Seal confirm that they are splitting after almost seven years of marriage.

In an exclusive statement to PEOPLE, the Project Runway host and the singer say:

“While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate.

“We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.

“We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children’s sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy.”

The couple are parents to Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

The supermodel, 38, and the Grammy winner, 48, began dating in 2003 after Klum had split from Italian racecar team manager Flavio Briatore.

In December 2004, Seal proposed with a yellow diamond ring of more than 10 carats in a specially-built igloo on a 14,000-ft.-high glacier in Whistler, B.C. Klum described it as “a once-in-a-lifetime event.”

They opted for a warmer destination for their wedding, exchanging vows on the beach in Costa Careyes, Mexico, in May 2005.

Emily Maynard is looking for love on TV – again!

The sweet and likable winner of Brad Womack’s season of The Bachelor will return to the franchise as the next star of The Bachelorette, show sources confirm to PEOPLE.

Maynard, whose rocky engagement to Womack ended last summer, was reluctant to appear on The Bachelorettebecause she didn’t want to be away from her young daughter Ricki. But, a source says, the show is moving production to their hometown, Charlotte, N.C., to accommodate, Maynard, 25.

And who’s hoping to be one of Maynard’s suitors?

Bentley Williams, who famouslyburned Ashley Hebert on her season of The Bachelorette by wooing her while admitting to cameras that he had hoped Maynard would be the one handing out roses, is interested in competing, according to show sources.

ABC had no comment on the casting news.

Steven Tyler is engaged to his girlfriend Erin Brady.

The American Idol judge proposed with a ring made by jewelry designer Loree Rodkin.

“Having made Steven’s jewelry for so many of the past years it was an honor to be part of his future… with all my love to Steven and Erin,” Rodkin told Us Weekly in an exclusive statement.

The dazzling ring is an original design by Rodkin. It is a 5 carat brilliant cut diamond set on a micro pave diamond and platinum band. Tyler has been a fan of Rodkin’s work for many years.

Rumors of the engagement started circulating earlier this week when the American Idol judge and his 38-year-old girlfriend were snapped in Hawaii with Brady flashing the new accessory on her engagement finger.

On Wednesday his rep told Us Weekly they had “no comment” when asked whether the 63-year-old was tying the knot for the third time.

Tyler was married to clothing designer Teresa Barrick from 1998 to 2006, and to Cyrinda Foxe from 1978 to 1987.

The star quarterback is the celebrity American adults would most like to have living next door, according to the latest Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey.

More than 1,000 adults age 18 and up from around the country were interviewed on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 for the survey.

While 11 percent of all participants (14 percent of males and seven percent of females) said they would prefer Tebow to be just over the fence, the Jolie-Pitt family came in a close second, with 10 percent of the vote. New cohabitants Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux were a close third, with 9 percent.

Gone are the days of Florence. Now, we get back to basics. As the little one with the potty mouth says before every episode, we’re “goin’ to the Jersey Shore, bitch!” And holy neon hot pants, she and the rest of her guido brigade can hardly contain their excitement, or pee, upon return to their natural habitat.

Season 5 is set to premiere on Jan. 5 at 10/9c, and luckily, nothing much changed in between Pauly D uttering his final “arrivederci!” to the gang’s Italian palazzo and Deenaface planting–presumably underwearsless–at the Newark International Airport arrival gate. Everyone’s still throwing down at the clubs (oh, how we missed you, Karma!) and hooking up in the jacuzzi, and, funny you should ask, Snooki is indeed still pitching hard objects atSitch from across the living room.

“Having a nice sit down dinner with my dad about social media..haha,” Paulina Tweeted last week – before closing her account.

The 22-year-old aspiring model, actress and singer was known for chronicling her party lifestyle and posting sexy photos wearing lingerie, bikinis and skimpy outfits on her account.
