Filed under : Coach & Maggie

big-moneyFew things in life are more annoying that having to sit on the phone for hours with a company’s customer service department. We’ve all been there.

We all get angry. Most of us yell and scream obscenities over the phone, and some of us even make threats that are never actually carried out.

But one man got so fed up with Bank of America’s customer service department, that he followed through with his threat. Dalton Chiscolm sued the bank. And he sued them for the mathematically impossible sum of 1,784 billion-trillion dollars.

In his lawsuit, he demanded that the total be deposited into his account the next day. He also demanded an additional 200-million dollars for undisclosed damages.

U.S. District Judge Denny Chin called the lawsuit “incomprehensible” and gave the man until October 23rd to better explain the lawsuit or it will be thrown out.
