WV Youth Leaders Camp

The West Virginia National Guard’s 44^th annual Youth leaders Camp (YLC) is an unparallel leadership opportunity proven to be physically demanding, mentally challenging and a VERY rewarding experience.

YLC is designed for 15-18 year old students entering their Junior or Senior year. These students have expressed a desire to be a leader in their school and community. YLC enables Youth Leaders to build confidence, team building skills, integrity and the ability to motivate and influence others.

During the week-long camp, Youth Leaders will participate in the following activities:

Rappelling, Rock wall climbing, Organized Athletics, Water Survival, Ethics Class, Obstacle Course, Drill and Ceremony, Guest Speakers, Swimming, First Aid Training, Pizza party & dance PLUS MORE!!!
