August 6-8, 2010 at Camp Virgil Tate. Entry fee is $75 and deadline for application is July 13, 2010.Open to women 16-22 who live in Kanawha County OR attend ANY school in Kanawha county. Queen receives a $1,000 scholarship to the school of her choice and expenses (some) paid to the January 2011 Fairs & Festivals.
