BEHOLD THE FLAME SHOOTING SCOOTER!

So the authorities didn’t like this none too much! The guy pictured here has been arrested for riding his tricked out, flame shooting SCOOTER on a highway. He’s been charged with possessing an object that’s been converted into a firearm, and if convicted, he could get up to SEVEN years in prison!!! I’ve attached his “demonstration” video. I could see someone here in WV trying this crap! (It’s pretty wicked, but don’t do it!)
