In what world if this guy showed up to rent anything from you would you think it was a good idea? Well apparently the owners of a house in Tarzana,CA. thought it would be smart. The ever growing K-Fed rented the house and skipped out in May with six months of rent totalling $100,000 dollars still to pay. Of course that’s only the half of the owners problem! Apparently Mr. Federline trashed the house damages include: Gutters Full of cigarette butts,empty beer bottles covering the interior and exterior of the house, permanent spit marks on the exterior paint, broken or removed light covers, bent light posts, broken tiles, dead foliage around the house due to lack of watering, holes and drawings covering the walls, damage to a room that was partially converted to a studio(why did he need that?) broken dishwasher, dismantled smoke detectors(that’s safe especially with kid’s in the house) exposed wiring( one more Federline safety feature for the wee ones) ,front driveway oil-leak damage,missing screens, window tint(without the owners permission). All of Kevin’s remodeling will cost a total of around $11,000 dollars. Oh yeah and K-fed please return the garage door opener when you see these poor people in court!!!!
